Training records, completion certificates, and participation logs are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years to support regulatory compliance and Bureau inspection requirements. You may request deletion of your account, but compliance-related records may be retained as required by law.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), hashed passwords, and role-based access controls. While no system is completely secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
