How CA Law Review Addresses §7635

Our training course is designed to cover each of the documented training requirements specified in §7635(a), with particular emphasis on:

  • FTC Funeral Rule compliance — detailed coverage of 16 C.F.R. Part 453, including General Price List requirements, telephone disclosures, and casket/container rules
  • California-specific regulations — state laws governing funeral establishments, preneed and at-need arrangements, cremation, and consumer protections
  • Ethical standards — professional conduct expectations for funeral arrangers
  • Consumer rights — ensuring arrangers understand and communicate consumers' right to select only desired goods and services

Upon completion, learners receive a dated certificate and time-stamped training records that satisfy the documentation requirements of §7635(c).
