Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 7, 2026

Individual Training Purchases

Because this is a digital training product with immediate access to proprietary compliance content, all sales are considered final once course content has been accessed. Our limited refund windows are as follows:

Full Refund — Within 48 Hours, No Content Accessed

If you request a refund within 48 hours of purchase and have not accessed any course content (0% progress, no video plays, no quiz attempts), you will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative processing fee.

No Refund — Content Accessed or 48 Hours Elapsed

Once you have accessed any course content — including viewing any video, opening any training section, or attempting any quiz — the sale is final. Refunds are also unavailable after 48 hours from the time of purchase, regardless of progress.

No Refund — Certificate Issued

No refund will be issued under any circumstances once a completion certificate has been generated for your account.

Establishment Subscriptions

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds or credits are issued for partial months or unused seats.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but no prorated refunds are issued. If canceled within 14 days of purchase and no staff seats have been activated, a refund will be issued minus a $50 administrative fee. After 14 days or once any seat has been activated, no refunds are available. Access continues through the end of the paid annual period.

Technical Issues

If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents you from accessing the training platform for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours), we may, at our sole discretion, extend your access period or issue a partial credit. Technical issues must be reported within 7 days of occurrence and verified by our support team. This does not apply to issues caused by your own hardware, internet connection, or browser configuration.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@calawreview.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and email address associated with the account
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • Account sharing or misuse
  • Fraudulent purchase activity
  • Repeated refund requests from the same individual
